How to make personalized felt coffee cup sleeves?
Step 1: cut felt and lace trims
1st, cut a rectangular piece with width of 5cm from pink felt;
2nd, confirm the length by measuring around a coffee cup and cut (here I use a paper cup as template). You don’t have to make both ends overlapped exactly because we will use elastic cords here;
3rd, cut two lace trims with same length and glue them on the felt in parallel rows.

Step 2: add embellishments

2nd, cut four strips of elastic cords which two measuring 3.5cm and the other two measuring 2.5cm;
3rd, cross two long elastic cords and sew them at the wrong side of felt with matching the first lace trim. Then sew the other two elastic cords at the position of the second lace trim in the same way;
4th, glue a button at each cross point of elastic cords for embellishing.
